Speak to Isran.

  • 1 of 4: Before you fast-travel away, ask Gelebor about Auriel's Bow, then ask him about Sunhallowed arrows. You can then have him convert elven arrows into Sunhallowed elven arrows in batches of up to 20. You can also talk to Serana about her blood and the bow to get her to convert elven arrows into Bloodcursed elven arrows.
  • 2 of 4: Optionally visit the College of Winterhold to finish the "Bring Ancient Falmer Tome to Urag gro-Shub" miscellaneous quest, then return to Fort Dawnguard.
  • 3 of 4: Do any business you want to with the fort's merchants, then talk to Isran in the central chamber.
  • 4 of 4: After his speech, he'll talk to you again and give you the next objective.
