What if I'm already a werewolf?
1 of 2: You can still choose to accept Harkon's gift and become a vampire lord. Doing so will cleanse the beast blood from your system, thereby removing your ability to transform into a werewolf.
2 of 2: You can go to Aela the Huntress in Jorrvaskr at any time and say that you want to regain the gift of beast blood. That'll get you transformed back into a werewolf, thereby removing your vampire lord form and abilities. (That would be counter-productive unless you wait to do it until after you finish the vampire questline.)
