Bolstering the Ranks
1 of 5: After finishing the "Prophet" main-line quest, talk to Gunmar or Sorine Jurard to get this quest.
2 of 5: Follow the quest arrow to Isran, then say that you need to find someone named Florentius. Say that Sorine thought we'd need his help to find out where he is.
3 of 5: You now need to go to the Ruunvald Excavation area, which is a ways almost directly east of Shor's Stone. If you haven't discovered Shor's Stone yet, see the Riften section of the World Map Exploration Guide in the main Skyrim hint file.
4 of 5: Ruunvald is fairly hard to get up to. Try going directly east from Shor's Stone until you're in a spot a bit SE of Ruunvald, then looking for a place where you can jump up on the rocks and eventually get to where you can go straight north to Ruunvald.
5 of 5: After you find the place, you'll need to go through two sections of ruins to catch up to Florentius.
