2 of 5: Activate it, then use it like a regular forge to choose an Aetherial item to make.
3 of 5: You can only make one item, so choose carefully. See the three Aetherial item entries in the New Unique Equipment list to help you decide.
4 of 5: After you make an Aetherial item, Katria will talk to you one last time, and the quest will be over. To get back outside, go back the way you came and use the dwarven elevator again.
5 of 5: NOTE: Sometime later, you may meet up with Taros Dreth randomly at a world encounter spot. If you do, he'll turn hostile after asking about your Aetherial item, and you can kill him to get his unique robes.
