How should I deal with him?
1 of 2: Summon a creature and get the Staff of Magnus ready, then go up to him.
2 of 2: After he talks to you briefly, he'll attack. Use the Staff of Magnus to drain first his magicka and then his health while your summoned creature pounds on him.
