Overlord Combat Tips
1 of 4: The first thing to note is that the room also has two large magical statues at its west end.
2 of 4: One of the statues will periodically throw small fireballs at you, and the other one will periodically heal the overlord whenever his health is below 80% or so.
3 of 4: There's no way to deactivate the magic statues, and no real trick to this. You just have to deal damage to the overlord very quickly to keep his health going steadily down despite the healing effect. (This is where a heavy-hitting weapon and several stamina-restoring potions would come in handy. Keep those power attacks going!)
4 of 4: Note that leading the overlord into the passage that starts near the SW corner of his room won't hinder his healing statue, but it'll at least keep the fireball statue from hitting you.
