Visit Hjerim, your new house.

  • 1 of 3: You'll get this objective when you finish the "Purchase a house in Windhelm" objective.
  • 2 of 3: Go to the west side of town, then head up to the NW corner. That's where Hjerim, your new house, is.
  • 3 of 3: Enter it to find that it's a total mess. Before you can buy upgrades for it from Jorleif, you'll need to finish the "Blood on the Ice" side quest.
