How can I get this quest?
1 of 5: Travel to Markarth and enter its Temple of Dibella.
2 of 5: At the east end of the main temple area is the locked door to the Inner Sanctum. You need to get in there, so either sneakily pick the lock or pickpocket the key from Senna.
3 of 5: Quicksave, then go down the stairs and around to the door that leads to the Inner Sanctum's main chamber.
4 of 5: Enter the chamber to get a priestess to talk to you, then agree to speak to the "mother." That's Hamal, so talk to her to get this quest.
5 of 5: NOTE: The priestesses sometimes turn hostile even if you say the right things. If that happens, quickrestore and try again. Also note that you might want to do the "Steal the statue in the Temple of Dibella" miscellaneous quest before getting this quest.
