How can I get the quill?
1 of 5: The lake that the quill is in is the large one that's just west of Riften.
2 of 5: Look for a sunken rowboat near a small island.
3 of 5: Go SW from Merryfair Farm to find a small island with some rocks and bushes on it.
4 of 5: A short distance almost directly south of that island is the sunken rowboat you're after.
5 of 5: Dive down and locate Vald's strongbox, then pick its lock to get it open and claim the Quill of Gemination.
