Report to Nazir.
1 of 3: Exit Volunruud and return to the Dawnstar Sanctuary.
2 of 3: Go inside and find Nazir in the large room with the big, circular broken window that used to lead to an icy tunnel.
3 of 3: Talk to Nazir, telling him whatever you want to about how much gold Motierre paid for the assassination, to finish this quest and get "Where You Hang Your Enemy's Head..."
