1 of 3: Follow Skjor through the secret rock door, then wait until he talks to you.
2 of 3: Say you're ready to become a werewolf (since that's the only way to progress on this quest), then wait for the next objective.
3 of 3: NOTE: In addition to all the benefits of being a werewolf, there's the one disadvantage of never being able to get a temporary skill practice bonus from sleeping in a bed.
