Slow Time

  • 1 of 4: This shout slows down the passage of time for everything but yourself by 70%/80%/90% for 8/12/16 seconds.
  • 2 of 4: One of this shout's Word Walls is in Hag's End (Solitude). Enter Hag's End and fight your way through the hagravens and witches to reach the Word Wall.
  • 3 of 4: Another Word Wall is in Korvanjund (Whiterun). You'll find it while doing the "The Jagged Crown" Civil War Quest quest (for either side).
  • 4 of 4: The other Word Wall is in Labyrinthian (Morthal). You'll find it while doing the "The Staff of Magnus" College of Winterhold faction quest.
