1 of 4: This shout pushes you forward really fast over a short/medium/long distance, allowing you to "jump" across some otherwise-uncrossable gaps.
2 of 4: One of this shout's Word Walls is in Dead Men's Respite (Morthal). See the "Tending the Flames" Bards College faction quest for directions to the Word Wall.
3 of 4: Another Word Wall is at Volskygge (Solitude). Do the "Volsung the Dragon Priest" Solitude undocumented quest to get to it.
