The Blades
After finishing the "Alduin's Wall" Main Quest, talk to Delphine in Sky Haven Temple about there being only two Blades members left, then volunteer to find some recruits. That'll get you the first in this series of miscellaneous objectives. (Note that after you finish the "Alduin's Bane" main quest, you'll have to do the "Paarthurnax" main quest before you can do any more of these objectives.)
