1 of 3: If Orthorn is with you, ask if you can come to an arrangement.
2 of 3: She'll want you to leave Orthorn with her in exchange for the books. You can talk to her and then either agree to do so or not.
3 of 3: If you don't leave Orthorn with her, you'll need to fight her and her summoned atronachs.
