How do I get it after paying her?
1 of 3: She gives you a key to her sunken footlocker, so go find it.
2 of 3: Leave the ship and jump into the water, then dive down and follow the quest arrow.
3 of 3: You'll find Sabine's footlocker in a spot underneath the board walkway. Loot it to get the Balmora Blue potion.
