What all quests give skill increase rewards?
1 of 5: The most important one is the "Discerning the Transmundane" Daedric quest, since it'll get you a +5 to all of your skills in whichever category (combat, magic, stealth) you choose.
2 of 5: Finishing all of the Bards College Faction Quests will get you a +1 to all of your skills in every category.
3 of 5: The best quest for Archery skill increases is the "Archery practice with Angi" Falkreath undocumented quest, since it'll get you a +6 to Archery.
4 of 5: Another Falkreath undocumented quest, "Taking the leap," will get you an easy +2 to Speech.
5 of 5: Besides those, there are several little miscellaneous quests that'll get you a +1 to one or two skills as a reward. See below for a list of them.
