The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints

Meet the men.

  • 1 of 5: Travel to Shor's Stone, which is a ways north and a bit west of Riften, then follow the paved path north.
  • 2 of 5: When you catch up to Hadvar and his men, talk to Hadvar about the caravan to get three options on what to do.
  • 3 of 5: If you say you're ready, you'll get the "Follow Hadvar and ambush enemy scout" objective.
  • 4 of 5: If you say that you should wait until dark, you can wait however long you want to, then talk to Hadvar again and say you're ready.
  • 5 of 5: If you tell him to wait there while you take care of things, you'll skip ahead to the "Take over the caravan" objective. (Note that this isn't the best option since you won't have Hadvar and his men for support.)
