How can I get my Imperial pals in there without exposing myself to danger?
1 of 4: Go up the stone steps that are directly south of the tunnel entrance, then go along the upper walkway until you find another tunnel entrance that's directly above the lower one.
2 of 4: Crouch down and sneak along the tunnel until you come to a large room with a stone bridge.
3 of 4: Move onto the bridge and look around until you spot a Stormcloak soldier.
4 of 4: Hit him with an arrow or spell to get Rikke and the others to charge in and attack. You can then just stay up there and watch, dropping down to rejoin your troops after the Stormcloaks are all dead.
