Take a Forsworn Heart.
1 of 3: Any briar heart ingredient item will do, though they're fairly rare, and it may be awhile before you find one randomly in an alchemy store's inventory.
2 of 3: The surest way to get a briar heart is to kill a forsworn briarheart and loot his body.
3 of 3: You can find forsworn briarhearts in several different areas, including at Bard's Leap Summit (see the Falkreath section of the World Map Exploration Guide), in Broken Tower Redoubt ("The Heart of Dibella" side quest), and at Red Eagle Redoubt ("Find Red Eagle's sword" Markarth miscellaneous quest).
