Create a distraction and get away from the party.
1 of 4: Malborn is going to let you into the kitchen, but he won't dare do it unless the party guests are all distracted first.
2 of 4: One possibility for this is to find a guest that you're on good terms with (from other quests) and ask him to cause a distraction for you. This may or may not require you to succeed at a persuade dialogue option.
3 of 4: Another option is to get Razelan or Erikur to cause a distraction.
4 of 4: As soon as a distraction is started, run over to a spot near the door that's behind Malborn's counter and wait for him to open it. When he does, quickly run through it, then wait to get the next two objectives.
