How can I turn on the transmitter?

1 of 11: If you haven't found it yet, take a look at the logs to find out where the transmitter is located. Logs will also give you a hint about how to operate it.
2 of 11:
The transmitter is located on the upper half of the basketball court in the Athletics Sector.
3 of 11: You will need a code to activate the transmitter. Look around the various sections of this deck for the code.
4 of 11: Actually, the code is in pieces.
5 of 11: A little culture wouldn't hurt you.
6 of 11:
The code is stored on some of the art terminals scattered around this deck. Walk up to the screens and try switching the view a few times. If the code is on that particular screen, it should appear in place of a picture.
- Where exactly can I find the code to the transmitter?
7 of 11: You should now have four pieces of the code. You can more or less piece together the code just by the way it's written.
8 of 11: The square brackets tell you how the code begins and ends.
9 of 11: It's something like 1...6 with a 10 and a 4 in the middle.
10 of 11: Try both possible orderings of the middle numbers.
11 of 11: The correct code is 14106. Enter it into the keypad on the upper level of the basketball court.
