System Shock 2 Hints
How can I destroy the shuttle to the west?
1 of 8: In theory, you could destroy this shuttle as you did the other one.
2 of 8: Unfortunately for you, the controls above the shuttle bay were destroyed, so you'll have to find another way to take out that shield.
3 of 8: Once you destroy the eastern shuttle, SHODAN will send you some instructions on how to bring down the shield to the western shuttle.
4 of 8: She will send you plans to make a sympathetic resonator in the replicator in Shuttle Control.
5 of 8: Hack into the controls (or use an ICE-pick if you have absolutely no hacking skills), and the sympathetic resonator will appear on the replicator list.
6 of 8: Then, use the resonator on the shield.
7 of 8: Climb down the ladder from Shuttle Control into the western shuttle bay, and drag the resonator to the shield generator on one side of the shields.
8 of 8: Once you've done that, run back up to the ladder before the blast goes off. You're ready to proceed to the next step of the game.
