Red Lantern Club -- Secret Room: How do I solve the sliding tile puzzle?

  • 1 of 7: For the most part, this is a fairly standard sliding tile puzzle.
  • 2 of 7: It is not necessary to create a game save before working on the puzzle.  It can be reset at any time by leaving the puzzle and returning to the close-up.
  • 3 of 7: Note the empty space in the center of the puzzle, when it is in its reset position.
  • 4 of 7: To move a tile, click on any tile adjacent to the empty space.  The tile you click on will move into the empty space, and the space you clicked will now be empty.
  • 5 of 7: Continue moving the tiles around, until the result forms a recognizable picture.
  • 6 of 7: Note the "frame within the frame" -- i.e., the frame in the picture itself.  You can use that to help determine which pieces go where.
  • 7 of 7: When all pieces have been moved correctly into place, the empty space will be at the center of the picture.
