Are these bots supposed to be very helpful?
1 of 10: Sometimes, yes.
2 of 10: You can often try talking to them. Just type in your questions in standard English, and they'll understand what you're trying to say most of the time. If they don't understand what you're asking, keep trying to rephrase your request in simpler terms, and they should eventually understand.
3 of 10: In a few cases, you'll need to talk to the bots to solve a puzzle. But even when they're not essential to a solution, they may help you find one.
4 of 10: Just try saying "HELP" to the bots -- especially Marsinta and the BellBot -- and they'll sometimes give you a slight nudge. In many cases, they'll just direct you to places you should check out, but they'll sometimes be able to help you a bit with a particular puzzle.
5 of 10: But they're only likely to help you if they're in a good mood.
6 of 10: You can help matters some by being polite.
7 of 10: You can also force them to be more helpful.
8 of 10: You'll know how to do this once you've upgraded to first class.
