* discovering the unusual module on the droid in the pazaak den
* learning from Borna Lys about the droid who's dominating the swoop racing (can also find an unusual module on it)
* helping the Bith scientist in the docks flophouse until he gets killed by his droid
* learning right after the holovid transmission from Visquis that droids aren't allowed in the Jekk'Jekk Tarr (have to ask where Jekk'Jekk Tarr is and why you can't just wear a gas mask)
* learning from T3-M4 what the droid in the back of Vogga's warehouse was doing (talk to T3 sometime after the Nar Shaddaa main mission is over)
