Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords Hints
LIGHT: How can I help the local government fight off the big mercenary attack?
of 10: When you leave the crystal cave and meet Azkul, either say you don't want to help him and then fight his merc companions (which is *extremely* hard, so retreat into the cave to rest and heal when you have to) or lie and say you will help to avoid the fight.
of 10: Run back to the Khoonda building and talk with the administrator about helping with the defenses.
of 10: She'll give you a security keycard that you can use to open all the security doors in the building, so start by seeing what all those doors lead to.
of 10: Also, talk to Zherron (who's standing next to the administrator now) to get a long list of things that you can do to help prepare for the mercenary assault.
of 10: Instead of doing any of the useful things, you can just talk to Zherron and finalize the battle plans. However, fixing the place up first can get you lots of bonus XP and make the big battle easier.
of 10: After finalizing the battle plans and optionally giving the men a pep talk, the battle will begin.
of 10: First are some cut-scenes showing how your improving the Khoonda's defenses helped out (if you did it). Then you face Azkul inside the building.
of 10: If you did all the prep work, you should have a hard time even getting injured in this battle, because you have the droids and so on helping out. Just relax and enjoy it!
of 10: Afterwards, reject the administrator's reward if you'd rather have Light Side points than credits, and then talk to Master Vrook about things. When you're done, he'll teach you the a new lightsaber form and give you a random lightsaber.
of 10: TIP: After you're through talking to him, look around for remains to raid. You'll probably find at least one.
