How do I get that door open?
1 of 16: You can't even try to lockpick, mine, or bash it, and the computer terminal next to it is offline.
2 of 16: You'll have to search the two side corridors for some other way. Start with the south one.
3 of 16: TIP: When you come to the area with battles in minefields, do the same thing you did outside (run right on through the mines and use Master Heal).
4 of 16: The computer terminal in the long east/west hall doesn't help much. You can just try to stop "user 0" from overloading the console in your face, or you can let him do it. Keep going to the end of that hall.
5 of 16: Go through the first door for a large combat, then go through the second and third doors for more combat.
6 of 16: When it's all over, you'll be left alone in the security complex except for Kiph the slicer at a terminal.
7 of 16: Talk to Kiph and provoke the jerk into fighting you so you can kill him for all the inconvenience he's caused you.
8 of 16: Then click on Kiph's terminal to use it. You need to access system commands and disable this terminal.
9 of 16: Now for the north corridor. (NOTE: You can talk to a nearby Vaklu officer and have him escort you back to the front quickly instead of running the whole way.)
10 of 16: Start by finishing all the battles in the long and winding hallway, all the way to the end, before going into any rooms.
11 of 16: Then you might as well go back and loot the museum of its treasures, killing all the Royalist troops in there as you do. More XP and loot! (NOTE: Any time you get poisoned in the museum, use Master Heal to restore vitality and remove the poisoned condition.)
12 of 16: For even more loot, go to the easternmost door in the long east/west hallway and use its computer panel to get into the storage room.
13 of 16: When you're done with all that, force open the locked door that's near the storage room door.
14 of 16: The terminal in the room beyond is no good, so keep going through doors until you find one you can use.
15 of 16: You'll find one in the last room in the series.
16 of 16: Use it to access system commands and then disable it. That'll open the big security door in the middle of the palace that you've been needing to get through.
