How do I find "the light of the mammoth's eye"?

  • 1 of 6: After you've seen Hans and gotten the scroll and stained glass from the eavesdropping monk, explore the library and see if you find anything that can be manipulated.
  • 2 of 6: Focus on the main floor at the bottom, where the desks are.
  • 3 of 6: Did you notice the iron pole at right?
  • 4 of 6: The only thing you can do with it is light the candles hanging from the ceiling.
  • 5 of 6: It's lovely to be able to see, but that's not what you're after.
  • 6 of 6: The candles need to be pulled down in a specific pattern.
