Team Fortress Classic Hints
What areas should we secure?
1 of 7: Immediately have someone cover the vent and the sewer. If the player covering the vent hears someone let out a yelp of pain, he should take a shot into the vent since someone has probably just fallen down it. If the player at the sewers hears the grates open, he can expect a sniper to pop out of the sewers shortly. Everyone else should pretty much cover the exit to the main garage.
2 of 7: Obviously, decide which way the civilian is going to take to get to the escort vehicle before he leaves the main garage. Then concentrate on covering the areas along that path.
3 of 7: You will want to secure the exit to the main garage so that the civilian at least has a chance to get out.
4 of 7: Shoot into any dark areas no matter how unlikely it is that someone might be stationed there.
5 of 7: The alley is really the pivotal area in the level. Almost everyone will have to go through the alley to get to the other end of the level. Make sure that the alley is properly cleared.
6 of 7: Also make sure the vent is cleared in Storage Area 3, since teammates are quite vulnerable when taking that route.
7 of 7: Once in the field, shoot out all of the various sniping positions. Shoot into all of the shadowed, dark corners and do so often. Snipers may respawn right in a dark recess and you will not want to overlook them.
