The Omega Stone Hints

How do I get across the lava field?

  • 1 of 21: There is no way to still the lava; you will need to find a way to "bridge" the molten sea.
  • 2 of 21: Look carefully around the entrance to the lava room.
  • 3 of 21: There seems to be some objects mounted in the frame of the doorway.
  • 4 of 21: Try interacting with them.
  • 5 of 21: When you turn each one, the head of one of the Moai statues moves.
  • 6 of 21: Perhaps if you turned just the right heads... but which ones?
  • 7 of 21: There is a hint nearby, in another passageway.
  • 8 of 21: In a room adjacent to the lava room, you will find a wall lined with six more Moai statues.
  • 9 of 21: For a clue as to how to bridge the lava field, you'll need to study the statues in the other room.
  • 10 of 21: There's not much more to see here -- at least, not with the naked eye.
  • 11 of 21: But perhaps that good old mask could help again.
  • 12 of 21: Put on the mask you got from Sir Gil's tent, and look closely at each of the Moai statues in this room.
  • 13 of 21: Some have glowing eyes -- just like the Moai that provided you the clue to this underground passageway.
  • 14 of 21: The Moai with the glowing eyes above ground told you which statue to use the explosives on.
  • 15 of 21: Perhaps these statues are related to the ones in the lava room.
  • 16 of 21: Make note of which of the six Moai had glowing eyes.
  • 17 of 21: Return to the lava room, and use the information you just gathered.
  • 18 of 21: After playing with the three controls on each side of the doorway, you should be able to discover which one affects which statue.
  • 19 of 21: Turn only the cranks for the statues that were represented by the glowing eyes in the clue room.
  • 20 of 21: Once you have set the Moai heads correctly, three of them will fall and form a bridge for you to get across the room.
  • 21 of 21: Walk to the statue and take the golden disc that represents Easter Island.
