1 of 4: In case you haven't found it, the yellow card reader is in the hallway past a couple of guards, in the room with windows that give you a view of a plane.
2 of 4: Who would have cause to have such a pass card?
3 of 4: Maybe one of the guards?
4 of 4: Try killing them -- you'll find the Yellow Pass Card on the guard who had the gun.
