Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation Hints
Can you give me some general tips for beating Von Croy?
1 of 3: If you really care about winning the race, the best advice that I can give you is that you practice. After you've seen the course a couple of times, you'll start to get a better idea of the layout of the course -- so you can concentrate on improving your time, not looking at your surroundings.
2 of 3: Also, when you're in a relatively straight part of the course, hold down the SPRINT key to shave a little bit off your time. Be warned that you can't jump while sprinting (because SPRINT + JUMP causes you to do a diving roll). Unless you've had a lot of practice, you may find it difficult to turn while running, and slamming into a wall will cost Lara a few precious seconds. I don't recommend sprinting on turns, as you shouldn't be that short on time, and you'll probably lose more time hitting walls than you'll gain from sprinting.
3 of 3: Beyond that, just keep practicing, or see the specific tips for the two different courses if you need them.
