What should I do in the room with the wooden floor?
1 of 9: You could enter this room via the south-central doors on the second floor, but you wouldn't find much to do once you get there.
2 of 9: Instead, you should go through the southwestern doors and into the room with the lions' heads.
3 of 9: Once you're out of the lions' heads room, climb a pole and proceed until you see two gates that open as you approach. Take the one to the west -- the one that closes behind you. This takes you into the room with the wooden floor via a back entrance.
4 of 9: And there's something available in that back hallway that you couldn't get if you entered from the balcony.
5 of 9: Notice the torch to your left just after you passed through the gate.
6 of 9: Pick it up and try to find somewhere nearby to light it.
7 of 9: There are two pedestals near the torch. Step on the grates near either of those pedestals to make the pedestal light on fire, and use the pedestal to light your torch.
8 of 9: Hmm ... fire ... wooden floor.
9 of 9: Drop the torch on the wooden floor and get out of the way. The floor will eventually catch on fire and burn away, allowing you to drop into the previously inaccessible room below.
