How can I make a cannonball?

  • 1 of 10: The forge sounds like a good place to do this.
  • 2 of 10: Go to the forge building near the mine shaft and look it over while standing just outside it.
  • 3 of 10: There's a metal box on the ground that you can open to find a Spanish logbook.
  • 4 of 10: Flip through its pages until you find one that has to do with forging munitions.
  • 5 of 10: It mentions using sand and clay, so find yourself some of each.
  • 6 of 10: Look at the picture on the munitions page of the logbook to see what the guy in it is doing.
  • 7 of 10: He's using some of the forge's equipment to make a cannonball mold. That's what you need to do next.
  • 8 of 10: Once the mold is ready, you'll need to melt some metal to put in it.
  • 9 of 10: After the metal is in the mold, right-click to get rid of the crucible and tongs, then move the top part of the mold to the empty molding box slot.
  • 10 of 10: You can now take your shiny new golden cannonball from the bottom half of the mold. Those pirates are going to be sunk in style!
