How do I get the blade piece from Karrod?
1 of 3: Just go to the Throne Room and ask him.
2 of 3: If you've already defeated him, as in the Helseth's Champion quest, he'll happily hand it over to you. It will appear in your inventory as an "odd Dwemer weapon", but that's the piece you're looking for.
3 of 3: If you haven't defeated him, continue on with the Royal Palace Main Quests -- particularly Helseth's two quests -- and then ask for the blade again once you've defeated Karrod.
