How can I stop this storm?
1 of 5: If you ask around, you should learn that there's a Weather Wizard on this island.
2 of 5: Go talk to him. He's on the same end of the island as Woodbridge Island.
3 of 5: He'll tell you that he needs to get into the lighthouse before he can cast the spell to stop the storm.
4 of 5: And the only person who can get into the lighthouse is Raph, the lighthouse keeper.
