1 of 4: How do I get to Kirel? Very similar to Bevin, Kirel is practically a mirror image, but does have some interesting differences.
2 of 4: Kirel was the DRC's (D'ni Restoration Council) headquarters, so there's bound to be some interesting things to discover. Check out anything that was of interest in Bevin.
3 of 4: The doors same doors are there. Try them out. Also, play with the lights, the screens, and any buttons and trinkets you come across.
