How do I operate the console with four symbols in the apartment?

  • 1 of 9: First, if you have not yet found this console, go into the apartment on the far side of the broken bridge in the cleft.  It will be just in front of you as you're passing through the door from the bridge.
  • 2 of 9: You can click on any of the four symbols, to change that symbol.
  • 3 of 9: There must be a key to tell you what those symbols should be.
  • 4 of 9: As a matter of fact, there is.  In this very room, even.
  • 5 of 9: Turn around and look to the left of the door.  Scratched on that wall is the correct pattern of symbols.
  • 6 of 9: Enter it exactly as you see it and then press the blue button in the center of the panel.
  • 7 of 9: In rough terms, the symbols, starting at the top and working clockwise, look something like a spiral with a cross through it, a circle with a closed eyelid inside, a circle with a couple of curved lines inside and a dot on top, and a fancy "H" in a box.
  • 8 of 9: The blue button should respond to you one way or another.  If it doesn't, maybe you still need to find power for this machine.
  • 9 of 9: If you did everything correctly, you should see and hear a complete message from Yeesha.  If you only see or hear a few seconds of a message, but you don't hear anything comprehensible, that means that you have entered the wrong combination of symbols on the panel.  Check the pattern to make sure that you have entered it correctly, and then try it again.
