How do I catch the falling mushrooms?
1 of 6: The falling mushrooms can be found at the left end of the hallway, after exiting the elevator at this level. Ardan comments that it might be possible to catch them.
2 of 6: This can be a very difficult puzzle, but only because of the timing (and "trigger-finger" dexterity) required.
3 of 6: When positioned beneath the falling mushrooms (note the position number "6" on the ground), there is no indication of any "hot spot" that would make it possible to interact with the mushrooms.
4 of 6: The only time that an "active" icon appears is if a falling mushroom exactly intersects with the forefinger of the mouse cursor -- and then only for a fraction of a second.
5 of 6: At that precise moment, clicking the left mouse will "catch" the mushroom and place it into inventory.
6 of 6: No tool is necessary to catch the mushroom; and nothing can be done to slow down the fall, or increase the "catch area". This just has to be done by trial and error.
