1 of 4: The Sheriff might give you ideas. In town, go inside his office and talk to him.
2 of 4: There's a prisoner locked in the jail but you can't talk to him -- at least from the inside.
3 of 4: Outside of the Sheriff's office, go to the side and look for a barred window.
4 of 4: Talk to the prisoner, Tom Poston, through the bars.
