How can I get Tom out of jail?

  • 1 of 11: Your clue about this can be read in one of Jackson Store's newspapers.
  • 2 of 11: Buy "the one about the escape", The Nightly Moon, and read it several times to learn how it was done.  You'll be duplicating that story almost exactly.
  • 3 of 11: You can't accomplish anything while the Sheriff is there.
  • 4 of 11: After he's gone, go talk to Tom again through his cell window.
  • 5 of 11: The key is not for the jail cell, though.  It unlocks the front door of the Sheriff's Office!
  • 6 of 11: Since the Sheriff will be gone for a long while, there's no hurry.  Search the office carefully and pick up everything.
  • 7 of 11: You'll find quite a bit of money, but only one essential item for the task at hand.
  • 8 of 11: Search in the bottom drawers of the gun cabinet.
  • 9 of 11: You'll find a red cape. Remember the article in The Nightly Moon?  Find a bull!
  • 10 of 11: A bull is near Tom's cell window.
  • 11 of 11: Use the cape on the bull.
