The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Hints
What if I'd rather investigate her story?
of 11: Use the ladder to exit her lair, then return to Vergen.
of 11: Talk to Ele'yas next to the inn and refuse to believe his lies.
of 11: In order to get him punished, you'll need to convince Iorveth of his guilt.
of 11: Go find Iorveth in the outskirts area, just south of the tunnel you used to leave Vergen when heading for the catacombs earlier.
of 11: Talk to him and accuse Ele'yas of murder.
of 11: He'll naturally want proof before he does anything about it.
of 11: After getting the metal fragment, return to Vergen and find Iorveth in the same area he was in before (not necessarily the same exact spot).
of 11: Talk to him and accuse Ele'yas of murder again, then show him the metal fragment.
of 11: He'll check on it, and will report back that Ele'yas has fled Vergen.
of 11: Go back to the burned village and move toward the succubus' trap door to get Ele'yas to appear and attack you.
of 11: Kill him, then enter the lair and talk to the succubus to get your reward, which can optionally include a sexual encounter with her. (Don't forget to loot the chest near the bed afterwards to get the rest of your reward, which includes a powerful suit of armor.)
