The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Hints
Find a way to free Dandelion and Zoltan.
1 of 3: Go up next to the gallows and move around it until a conversation cut-scene starts.
2 of 3: Use the dialogue options you're given to either incite the crowd against the guards or try to intimidate the guards. (Note that this conversation has a timer on it, so choose what options you want quickly.)
3 of 3: Either way, you'll have do some fist fighting minigames to get your two friends freed. (Note that inciting the crowd gets you two fist fights, and intimidating the guards gets you three.)
