Little Shop of Dreams
1 of 5: You'll get this quest if you talk to Matilda Szabo while doing the "The Scent of Incense" side quest.
2 of 5: Enter the nearby shop and talk to Vilmos Bartok. Ask him if he's selling drugs, then ask why that incense is so popular.
3 of 5: You can then say that you believe him, but Szabo will be mad that you didn't close his shop down when you talk to her again.
4 of 5: It's better to persuade or intimidate him into closing the shop. That way, Szabo will give you a reward. (That'll also get you the real formula for the above-mentioned incence quest.)
5 of 5: NOTE: The shop really will be closed, so buy everything you might ever want from it first.
