of 12: After the eavesdropping is over, sneak your way back down the ladder and around to the other side of the wall.
of 12: Wait until the nearest guard is walking away from the ladder again, then run for the nearest pile of logs. Don't go around behind them yet, but stop right next to them.
of 12: When the guard starts coming your way, go around behind the log pile so he won't see you.
of 12: Go straight past that and another log pile to reach a stone wall with a low spot that you can jump over.
of 12: After jumping over it, turn right and move into the dark corner with the lootable chest. If you stay next to the jump-over point, the first guard might see you when he comes back to his near-the-log-pile position.
of 12: Look past the nearest log pile to see another guard patrolling back and forth in front of a door.
of 12: After quicksaving, make a run for that door. The best time to do so is right after the guard walks past it going right.
of 12: Quickly move out of sight of the door, then wait for it to close.
of 12: You can now move freely about the storage area and look for loot. The iron frame that you're after is in one of the chests.
of 12: When you're ready to leave, climb up the ladder near the NE corner of the area, then drop down to return to the estate's entry area.
of 12: NOTE: Cedric in Lobinden sells the crafting design for the kayran trap. You'll need to buy it and locate the other components it lists if you want to build the trap, but it's really not worth the effort or expense.
