Go see King Foltest.
1 of 4: Exit your tent and run down the path that leads to the main camp.
2 of 4: Look around the camp for several plants you can pick herbs from and several crates you can loot. Also, you can get the "Melitele's Heart" side quest.
3 of 4: Go down the path that leads SE from the camp to reach the wooden walkways that are near the trebuchets (catapult-like siege engines).
4 of 4: Go along the walkways until you meet up with the king and start a conversation with him.
