Go to the Sinclair Deluxe Hotel.

Search the Pawn Shop Downtown for the Research Camera.
Find Another Way into the Pawn Shop.
Look for the Clinic code in the Diner.
Use the Code 0047 to Enter the Clinic.
Retrieve the Research Camera from the Pawn Shop.
Research Splicers with the Research Camera.
Research Brute Splicers.

Clear the Rubble at the Sinclair Deluxe.
Go to Grace's Apartment.
Find Grace's Hiding Place.
Get the Override Key from Grace.
Use the Override Key to End the Lockdown.
Ride the Train out of Pauper's Drop.
