Research Brute Splicers.
1 of 5: Before you head east to the "Skid Row" area in search of a brute splicer to research, there's a whole lot of things to catch up on.
2 of 5: Head to the east end of the downtown area to find a door with a wooden "Skid Row" sign tacked over its original sign.
3 of 5: Check the fridge in the glass tunnel, then turn right and move up to another "Skid Row" door. Past it, a big daddy is fighting several splicers in the market area.
4 of 5: Stay back and watch until it's over, then find the narrow passage east of the vending machine that leads north.
5 of 5: Follow it along until it turns east, then get out the research camera. The brute splicer you've been looking for is in the area ahead.
