Black Mirror III Hints

Pump in the cellar.

  • 1 of 9: Click on the water pump again to get Adrian to say that he needs more light.
  • 2 of 9: Go back to the left end of the cellar and look on the floor near the stairs to find a construction light.
  • 3 of 9: To light up the cellar enough to work in, you'll need to get that construction light going.
  • 4 of 9: Go back to the water pump and click on it to open it up.
  • 5 of 9: Look near the open part for the water pump's controls.
  • 6 of 9: Examine them and then try to use them to find that nothing happens.
  • 7 of 9: The reason is that the water pump isn't getting enough power to run.
  • 8 of 9: Once the pump is running, use it to pull up the chain that goes down the well and into the sewer area.
  • 9 of 9: Leave the cellar and return to the sewer area to finish this task and go back to the "Sewer system" task.
